  • Where do you get your crystals from?
    Our crystals are ethically sourced from all over the world! Most are directly sourced from Brazil, Peru, Madagascar, Siberia, Pakistan, etc. If you have a question from where a specific crystal was sourced from, please reach out via the contact form above.
  • How often do you have a live sale?
    Thank you for your interest! We host one live sale a week, usually on Tuesday or Wednesdays at 2PM EST. To find the exact date and time, please check out our story or our Instagram story highlights. Live sale countdowns are posted under "LIVE SALE INFO", along with our live sale rules.
  • I ordered something from your live sale. How do I pay?
    Thank you so much for your order! We cannot wait for you to get it. To find your order, look up your Instagram handle or go to the "live sale listings" tab. Invoices are due within 24 hours once posted on the website. Orders are shipped out within 48 hours after the live show.
  • How long until my order ships?
    Orders are processed within one to two business days. Packages are mailed out within three business days.
  • My crystal arrived broken... what should I do?
    Please be aware that we are not responsible for broken items once they are in USPS' posession, unless crystal insurance was purchased. Crystals are shipped with bubble wrap, shipping popcorn and packing paper. If your crystal arrives broken, please contact USPS.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  • Do you offer crystal insurance?
    Yes, please search "crystal insurance" in the search bar and add it to your cart if you would like this additional protection. It is an additional $7.65. This will insure replacement or refund of the entire order.
